DSCR loan example questions
Can I use these numbers as a quote?
No. They illustrate relationships between price, value, loan amount, LTV, rent, PITIA, payoff, and proceeds. A quote requires the actual property, borrower, credit, assets, state, program, and complete file.
Why do two properties with the same rent have different DSCRs?
Taxes, insurance, HOA, requested loan, interest rate, amortization, interest-only structure, subordinate debt, and other program-defined expenses can produce different qualifying payments.
Can the calculator results transfer into the quote?
Use Build My DSCR Quote after modeling the property. The connected intake carries the selected transaction path forward and asks for the remaining deal details.
