When you accept the quote contact disclosure and save or submit a loan-quote request, you authorize DSCRLoanGuru.com and FFC Mortgage Corp. dba NonQM123 to contact you about that mortgage scenario by telephone call, text or SMS, WhatsApp where available, and email using the information provided.

General and privacy requests

The separate general and privacy request form authorizes the service team to respond to that request using the contact details you provide. It is not a mortgage application or permission to market a loan.

Technology and rates

Consent is not a condition of loan approval. Message and data rates may apply. Automated technology may be used where permitted. Contact preferences may be changed by replying STOP to eligible text messages or by contacting the company.

Consent record

When you submit a request, we may retain the consent language, time, method, contact details, and source information associated with the request as required for communications, security, recordkeeping, and compliance.
